Mission
What you will drive
- Lead operational governance, portfolio and program management, financial oversight, and technology optimization across NEER IT.
- Establish and enforce standard practices for project and program delivery, PI planning, portfolio reporting, forecasting, procurement coordination, and performance management.
- Drive operational maturity through implementation of best practices, delivery governance, and performance management standards.
- Coordinate monthly financial reporting, develop forecasts, monitor spend, and build executive dashboards.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, Operations Management, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in portfolio management, financial management, PMO operations, IT operations, or operational excellence leadership.
- 2+ years of supervisor/management experience.
- Experience with Agile and PI planning frameworks preferred.
