Mission

What you will drive

  • Receive and return calls from people requesting legal services, provide information and advice to clients, and interview clients to write case summaries and files.
  • Review notices and records, prepare legal documents and advice letters, investigate factual issues, and research applicable law to determine appropriate assistance levels.
  • Develop and implement case strategies, and conduct outreach education and training to clients and community groups.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • High school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of relevant experience in client contact, data collection, and oral presentation.
  • Bilingual fluency in American Sign Language, Spanish, or an Asian language.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
