Mission
What you will drive
- Maintain and optimize systems for tracking policy fights, lobbying activity, and advocacy efforts across multiple states.
- Support execution of priority state advocacy campaigns, including coordination with campaign leads, lobbyists, contractors, and coalition partners.
- Provide project management support for meetings, track priorities and deadlines, and ensure compliance with lobbying and advocacy reporting requirements.
- Coordinate across teams (Campaigns, Policy, External Affairs, Compliance, Ops/Admin) to keep work aligned and resolve roadblocks.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in political campaigns, advocacy organizations, election administration, government, or fast-paced operational/project management roles.
- Strong project management skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities and manage deadlines.
- Highly organized and systems-oriented, with experience building or improving processes.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, Excel, Zoom, Airtable, and similar collaboration tools.
