Advocacy Campaigns Coordinator

• Maintain and optimize systems for tracking policy fights, lobbying activity, and advocacy efforts across multiple states.
• Support execution of priority state advocacy campaigns, including coordination with campaign leads, lobbyists, contractors, and coalition partners.
• Provide project management support for meetings, track priorities and deadlines, and ensure compliance with lobbying and advocacy reporting requirements.
• Coordinate across teams (Campaigns, Policy, External Affairs, Compliance, Ops/Admin) to keep work aligned and resolve roadblocks.

This role directly supports pro-voter policies and structural reforms that make government more efficient, accessible, and responsive, thereby strengthening democracy and ensuring government delivers material benefits to citizens.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in political campaigns, advocacy organizations, election administration, government, or fast-paced operational/project management roles.
• Strong project management skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities and manage deadlines.
• Highly organized and systems-oriented, with experience building or improving processes.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, Excel, Zoom, Airtable, and similar collaboration tools.
