What you will drive
- In this role, you'll provide career advising to mid-career professionals transitioning to biosecurity and build partnerships with biosecurity organizations.
- Conduct regular advising sessions and design tailored support including resume reviews, network expansion, and research proposal guidance.
- Build and maintain a network of biosecurity organizations, monitor hiring needs, and connect qualified candidates with partners.
- Represent Successif at conferences and biosecurity events.
- Facilitate workshops for advisees and collaborate with the team on advising progress.
