Advancement Officer (San Diego, LA, Orange County)

• Identify, develop, solicit, and maintain strategic relationships with donors and partners to grow engagement with the mission.
• Manage a dynamic portfolio of donors, including individuals, businesses, foundations, and churches, with a focus on major donors ($10,000+ annually).
• Secure financial support to reach/exceed $575,000 annually, with year-over-year growth expectations.
• Collaborate with the Advancement Team to execute fundraising strategies, campaigns, and donor engagement plans.

This role directly contributes to rescuing and healing survivors of human trafficking and transforming communities in Southeast Asia and Central America by securing vital funding and building lasting donor partnerships.

• BA/BS required or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of fundraising/development experience with consistent growth in impact/outcomes, preferred.
• Strong relationship management and donor cultivation skills.
• Alignment with AIM's Christian faith and mission.
