Mission
What you will drive
- Identify, develop, solicit, and maintain strategic relationships with donors and partners to grow engagement with the mission.
- Manage a dynamic portfolio of donors, including individuals, businesses, foundations, and churches, with a focus on major donors ($10,000+ annually).
- Secure financial support to reach/exceed $575,000 annually, with year-over-year growth expectations.
- Collaborate with the Advancement Team to execute fundraising strategies, campaigns, and donor engagement plans.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- BA/BS required or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.

- Strong relationship management and donor cultivation skills.
- Alignment with AIM's Christian faith and mission.
