Mission

What you will drive

  • Identify, develop, solicit, and maintain strategic relationships with donors and partners to grow engagement with the mission.
  • Manage a dynamic portfolio of donors, including individuals, businesses, foundations, and churches, with a focus on major donors ($10,000+ annually).
  • Secure financial support to reach/exceed $575,000 annually, with year-over-year growth expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Advancement Team to execute fundraising strategies, campaigns, and donor engagement plans.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • BA/BS required or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of fundraising/development experience with consistent growth in impact/outcomes, preferred.
  • Strong relationship management and donor cultivation skills.
  • Alignment with AIM's Christian faith and mission.
