Mission
What you will drive
- Maintain and update project management boards in Asana, tracking task statuses, deadlines, and next steps.
- Coordinate social media publishing and content calendar, track performance metrics, and support content development.
- Manage logistics for events, productions, and site visits, including vendor outreach, travel arrangements, and materials preparation.
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling, travel coordination, expense tracking, and maintaining filing systems.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred; at least 2 years of applicable professional experience required.
- Proficiency in Adobe, Figma, Canva, Slack, Asana, Google Workspace required.
- Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and self-directed skills; ability to manage multiple moving pieces.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% and ability to drive or travel by air for extended periods.
