Mission

What you will drive

  • Provide administrative support to OHEA leadership and staff, including scheduling, note-taking, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate event and meeting logistics, maintain filing systems, and manage database and data collection.
  • Support communications, including managing email, website, and sending out communications.
  • Assist with grant monitoring, reporting, purchasing, and tracking budget spenddown.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • At least 3 years of experience in administrative, office support, or clerical roles.
  • Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Canva.
  • At least 1 year of experience in social, racial, gender justice, and/or health equity, and coalition building.
  • Excellent organizational, record-keeping, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Part-time (30 hours/week), non-exempt, benefits-eligible position. Hourly range: $31.41-$35.90 per hour. Remote work environment.
