Mission
What you will drive
- Provide administrative support to OHEA leadership and staff, including scheduling, note-taking, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate event and meeting logistics, maintain filing systems, and manage database and data collection.
- Support communications, including managing email, website, and sending out communications.
- Assist with grant monitoring, reporting, purchasing, and tracking budget spenddown.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- At least 3 years of experience in administrative, office support, or clerical roles.
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Canva.
- At least 1 year of experience in social, racial, gender justice, and/or health equity, and coalition building.
- Excellent organizational, record-keeping, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
