Mission

What you will drive

  • Provide administrative support for the Executive Director, including scheduling, preparing briefings, minutes, and drafting correspondence.
  • Coordinate event planning and logistics for educational and cultivation events, including guest lists, invitations, and vendor coordination.
  • Support donor activity and tracking, including letter writing, pledge statements, and maintaining donor data in information systems.
  • Assist in managing website and social media accounts, and coordinate IT support.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Associate's degree and 2-4 years relevant experience or equivalent combination.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines; must handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Google Docs; knowledge of database management is a plus.

What's in it for you

Part-time position (approx. 25 hours/week) with hourly rate between $32-36/hour dependent on experience. May extend to full-time within the year. Remote with select in-person meetings in the New York Tri-State area.
