Mission

What you will drive

  • Manage the group's Accounts Payable function and team, covering invoice processing, timely payments, and first-line finance queries.
  • Drive system improvements by assessing and implementing new Workday functionality to optimize the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay experience.
  • Ensure tax compliance, accuracy in invoice processing, and effective management of cash flow, suspense accounts, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Report on AP and AR KPIs, investigate variances, and drive cost efficiency in invoice processing.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Expert knowledge in Accounts Payable, transactional finance, and Source-to-Pay processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills, with experience in coaching and team development.
  • Proficiency in ticket management, process automation, KPI reporting, and data analytics.
  • Experience with Workday or similar ERP systems is advantageous; accountancy qualification (AAT, ACCA, CIMA) desirable.
