Accounts Payable Associate

• Input invoices into the AP module and ensure bills are paid on time.
• Process employee expenses, vendor setup, purchase orders, and credit card reconciliations.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close processes, including accruals, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Identify and implement process improvements within the AP function.

This role supports the financial operations of a company building critical EV charging infrastructure, enabling the transition to electric and autonomous vehicles and reducing carbon emissions.

• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable, audit, or corporate accounting.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet recurring deadlines in a high-volume role.
• Adaptable and optimistic, with a collaborative approach to process improvement.
