Mission
What you will drive
- Serve as day-to-day client lead for real estate accounts, managing client relationships, running meetings, and identifying organic growth opportunities.
- Oversee project deliverables from start to finish, ensuring quality and alignment with strategy, while managing cross-functional workflows.
- Lead strategy development and execution for media relations and organic social media, including messaging and content creation.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, providing direction and feedback to develop their PR and real estate industry skills.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 4–6 years of direct public relations experience in real estate or related industries.
- Deep interest in and knowledge of the real estate sector across multiple segments (CRE, industrial, luxury residential, multifamily, affordable housing, proptech, lifestyle).
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage workflows, budgets, and timelines.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, skilled in crafting media materials and client-facing content.
