What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify, research, and pursue fleet prospects
  • Break into new accounts through targeted outreach, networking, industry events, and referrals
  • Develop and manage relationships with fleet operators from initial contact through contract close, vehicle build, and delivery
  • Take a consultative sales approach by actively listening, understanding operational needs, and proposing tailored vehicle solutions

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED, Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Proven B2B sales or account management experience, ideally in transportation, commercial vehicles, or industrial products
  • Strong communication skillsโ€”verbal, written, and presentation
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot) and Google Suite
