Mission
What you will drive
- Drive new business through targeted outreach, networking, and campaigns
- Manage sales cycles from initial engagement through contract execution, including expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers and executive stakeholders
- Research and prioritize target accounts and market segments to build and maintain a robust pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets and quota

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 8+ years of business development or sales experience; technology, solutions, IoT, energy efficiency, equipment, construction services, or other complex sales environments considered
- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving and exceeding annual sales quotas of $5M+
- Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to build and communicate compelling business cases
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
