Account Director, Western US

• Own a portfolio of complex, high-value partner relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for executive city and agency leadership.
• Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to partners at the most senior levels, translating their ideas and community needs into revenue opportunities.
• Independently lead multi-year and highly complex contract renewals and service expansions, navigating high-stakes negotiations with executive stakeholders.
• Champion new products and capabilities internally, influencing Via's roadmap and advocating for partners to facilitate service expansion.

This role creates positive change by building and stewarding partnerships that improve public transportation systems, increasing access to jobs, healthcare, and education for communities.

• 10+ years of relevant work experience in a client-facing role, with a track record of owning and growing strategic accounts independently at the most senior levels.
• Quantitatively inclined and data savvy; able to use complex data sets to drive strategic decisions and influence senior stakeholders.
• An entrepreneurial relationship builder who brings clarity and confidence to highly complex, politically sensitive situations.
• A reliable, motivated self-starter who shapes the way things are done and sets a standard others aspire to.

Base salary range: $160,000-$200,000. Final salary determined by experience, knowledge, and skills. Generous and comprehensive benefits package includes free medical plans and 401K matching.
