2026 Machine Learning Intern, Autonomy

• Research and develop image-processing and computer-vision algorithms for 2D and 3D scene segmentation.
• Develop effective experiments and methods to detect and characterize model performance issues in long-tail conditions.
• Explore deep learning models and frameworks to push performance frontiers, including active learning methods.

This role contributes to creating intelligent machinery for agriculture, construction, and forestry, enabling safer and more sustainable practices while reducing reliance on scarce labor.

• Enrollment in or completion of a degree program in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with machine learning systems, especially computer vision and deep learning.
• Proficiency in Python and deep-learning frameworks like PyTorch.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
