As an employer posting jobs, you agree to:
- Post only legitimate job opportunities
- Provide accurate job descriptions and compensation information
- Comply with all applicable employment laws
- Pay applicable fees for job postings
5. Payment Terms
Job posting fees are charged at the time of posting. Refunds may be issued at our discretion if a posting is not approved. Fees are non-refundable once a job is live.
6. Intellectual Property
The Remote Impact platform, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Remote Impact. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.
7. Disclaimer
Remote Impact is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find a job or hire candidates through our platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remote Impact shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform.
