Mission

What you will drive

  • Serve as ZAA's Integrator, translating Board vision into organizational priorities, accountability, and measurable results.
  • Develop and execute a member-growth strategy to recruit accredited members and build a prospect pipeline.
  • Coordinate federal and state legislative, regulatory, and legal strategy, and serve as primary spokesperson.
  • Develop and execute a multi-year revenue strategy to grow membership, sponsorships, and other income.

What makes you a great fit

  • Significant leadership experience in an association, trade association, professional society, federation, nonprofit, or advocacy organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and hold people accountable in a small-to-mid-sized organization.
  • Experience working with a Board of Directors, volunteer leaders, committees, members, staff, consultants, and external partners.
  • Proven ability to translate strategic direction into priorities, execution, accountability, and measurable results.

Benefits

What's in it for you

Full-time executive leadership position with a starting salary range of $190,000 to $215,000, commensurate with experience. The role may be remote or location-flexible, with significant travel expected.
