Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Develop and sustain long-term, caring relationships with 8-10 male youth as a positive adult role model
- Set expectations, nurture strengths, teach life and academic skills, and provide enrichment activities for each child
- Partner with parents/caregivers to provide concrete and social emotional supports for families
- Complete administrative tasks including documentation, evaluations, and reporting accurately and timely

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years experience working with children and teens preferred
- Ability to develop trusting relationships with youth, families, teachers, and community members
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Willingness to commit for a minimum of three years in the role
