What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and essential services to ensure an efficient, well-maintained environment
  • Manage a 4-person office team and enhance employee office experience through feedback collection and improvement implementation
  • Co-lead office events committee and coordinate cross-functional meetings and events with full logistics management
  • Oversee vendor performance, office renovation projects, emergency preparedness, and budget management

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in office management or workplace experience
  • 3+ years of project management experience and 3+ years of team management experience
  • Expert knowledge of office management, operations, and vendor relationship management
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple competing tasks and adapt to changing business needs

Hiring Salary Range: $112,000 - $145,000 with bonus target.
