Workplace Coordinator

• Serve as the face of the San Francisco office, providing a friendly, professional, and consistent front desk experience for employees, visitors, and vendors
• Support daily front desk and office operations, acting as the primary point of contact for general workplace inquiries
• Conduct regular walkthroughs to ensure conference rooms, shared spaces, and office areas are clean, organized, stocked, and fully functional
• Assist with planning and executing office events, including setup, breakdown, and catering coordination

• Have 3+ years of experience in workplace coordination, front desk, office management, or operations roles within a fast-paced environment
• Are comfortable being fully on-site five days per week and supporting a front desk–focused role
• Are highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong multitasking and prioritization skills
• Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
