How to Apply for Working Student Tutorial Creation & Customer Training (all genders)
at envelio
🏢 About envelio
envelio is a mission-driven company at the forefront of the energy transition, developing intelligent grid solutions for a sustainable future. With a diverse, international team of over 150 employees who share a love for coffee, maté, and geek humor, the culture is collaborative and ownership-focused. Working here means contributing to a global impact while growing personally and professionally.
About This Role
As a Working Student in Tutorial Creation & Customer Training, you will design and enhance customer-facing training materials, including short 'how-to' videos and interactive click guides, to simplify complex software concepts. Collaborating closely with Customer Success Managers and the Language team, you ensure these resources are accessible in multiple languages, directly empowering customers to self-serve and succeed.
💡 A Day in the Life
A typical day might start with a stand-up with the Customer Success team to discuss upcoming training needs. You’d then edit a 'how-to' video script, record screen captures, and upload the final cut to Vimeo. Later, you’d collaborate with the Language team to review translated subtitles and update an interactive click guide based on customer feedback.
🚀 Application Tools

- A self-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment and embodies envelio’s values: ownership, curiosity, and a love for continuous improvement.
