Working Student Product Management (all genders)

• Driving product strategy: Support ACCURE's product team by researching emerging industry trends, analyzing customer needs, and identifying opportunities that shape the future direction of our battery intelligence solutions.
• Understanding the markets: Benchmark the competitive landscape to uncover strengths, gaps, and differentiators. Your insights will help guide strategic product decisions and ensure our solutions stay ahead of the market.
• Telling the story: Translate complex topics into clear and compelling presentations. You will help create narratives that communicate product vision, share insights, and support internal decision-making as well as customer-facing discussions.
• Engaging stakeholders: Present your findings to cross-functional teams and leadership. Your ability to articulate insights and recommendations will directly influence product roadmap and strategic priorities.

Your work will contribute to the development of products that accelerate the energy transition and improve how batteries are managed around the world, helping make battery systems safer, more reliable, and more sustainable.

• Experience: Currently pursuing a technical course of study (e.g. electrical or mechanical engineering)
• Analytical mindset: Strong capability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information, structure problems, and extract meaningful conclusions that support strategic decision-making.
• MS Office: Advanced skills in PowerPoint (must-have) and solid competency in Excel to support research, storytelling, and internal communication.
• Technical affinity: While not required to be a battery expert, you have a genuine interest in energy storage technologies, software products, and how batteries are used in the field.

• Grow your product skills: Develop strong product management capabilities. You'll refine your ability to craft compelling presentations and influence decisions across teams.
