Mission
What you will drive
- Provide programmatic and technical support across a workforce protection portfolio spanning occupational medicine, occupational safety and health, organizational wellness, veterinary medicine, industrial hygiene, work-life and oversight of dependent care programs, and psychological health.
- Support program planning, execution, and continuous improvement activities for workforce protection programs; develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and action trackers.
- Draft, review, and update policies, procedures, and guidance that enable consistent workforce protection practices.
- Compile, analyze, and synthesize program data; develop dashboards and reports.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field like Public Health, Occupational/Environmental Health, Industrial Hygiene, Psychology/Behavioral Health, Veterinary/Public Health, Health Sciences; advanced degree preferred.
- At least five years of relevant experience supporting workforce protection programs.
- Demonstrated experience developing, reviewing, and implementing policies, procedures, guidance, and programs for large organizations.
- Ability to earn security clearance and/or DHS Suitability – requires U.S. citizenship.
