What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with IRA provisions related to Prevailing Wage and Apprentice percentage and ratios across multiple renewable energy projects
  • Conduct audits of EPC project sites and processes to ensure compliance, documenting adherence to required practices
  • Manage and continue to develop Gridworks' Registered Apprenticeship Programs in line with IRA and Department of Labor standards
  • Monitor changes in IRA legislation and workforce standards, proactively adapting compliance and training strategies

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in regulatory compliance, and/or apprenticeship program management within the EPC industry, preferably with renewable energy or industrial construction
  • In-depth understanding of the Inflation Reduction Act, federal regulatory guidelines, and apprenticeship standards specific to the construction and energy sectors
  • Proven experience in apprenticeship program design, workforce development, or compliance management within an EPC environment
  • Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills, with proficiency in compliance software and data management tools
