  • 3-5 years of relevant community organizing experience.
  • Strong verbal communication, public speaking, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work respectfully across diverse backgrounds, faiths, and political beliefs.
  • Organizational skills, comfort with standard business software, and reliable vehicle for travel.

Benefits

Salary ranges from $52,500 to $78,750 depending on level. Full-time exempt position with comp time for evening/weekend work.
