Wisconsin Outreach Coordinator

• Educate communities in the region about environmental crises and solutions.
• Listen to community needs and relay them to policy and program teams.

This role empowers communities to address environmental crises and advocate for racial and environmental justice, creating healthier and more just communities.

• 3-5 years of relevant community organizing experience.
• Strong verbal communication, public speaking, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work respectfully across diverse backgrounds, faiths, and political beliefs.
• Organizational skills, comfort with standard business software, and reliable vehicle for travel.

Salary ranges from $52,500 to $78,750 depending on level. Full-time exempt position with comp time for evening/weekend work.
