Mission
What you will drive
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert for blade integrity, reliability, and performance across the operating wind fleet.
- Develop and execute Blade Health Management Plans, assess defects, perform root cause analyses, and recommend corrective actions.
- Analyze SCADA and operational data to identify blade-related performance issues and optimize asset value.
- Provide engineering support for composite blade repairs, OEM engagement, and warranty claims.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Composite Materials Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline.
- 3–10 years of experience supporting operational wind assets in blade engineering, blade reliability, rotor engineering, or blade maintenance programs.
- Strong understanding of composite materials, blade structures, damage mechanisms, and repair methodologies.
- Experience with SCADA, condition monitoring systems, and CMMS platforms.
