Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Build trust and rapport with clients and support them through the process of going solar, including conducting solar welcome series and other education modules
  • Promote solar co-op and income-qualified programs in the local and regional community through community events and strategic partnerships
  • Review client applications to determine program eligibility and provide client outcome information to state and national leadership
  • Create, compile, and process homeowner agreements, project documents, and other client communication while updating program tracking documents

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of community organizing or client support experience
  • Resident of Colorado or Minnesota
  • Strong communication, research, and analysis skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to disseminate complex information in an accessible way and engage diverse stakeholders in a culturally sensitive manner
  • Interest in distributed solar energy access and ability to work remotely with frequent travel
