Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Build trust and rapport with clients and support them through the process of going solar, including conducting solar welcome series and other education modules
- Promote solar co-op and income-qualified programs in the local and regional community through community events and strategic partnerships
- Review client applications to determine program eligibility and provide client outcome information to state and national leadership
- Create, compile, and process homeowner agreements, project documents, and other client communication while updating program tracking documents

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of community organizing or client support experience
- Resident of Colorado or Minnesota
- Strong communication, research, and analysis skills with attention to detail
- Ability to disseminate complex information in an accessible way and engage diverse stakeholders in a culturally sensitive manner
- Interest in distributed solar energy access and ability to work remotely with frequent travel
