Water Solutions Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Drive commercial bookings and develop innovative watershed-scale projects for water quality restoration/mitigation
• Develop and execute state-specific strategic plans to differentiate RES' value proposition and drive business development initiatives
• Manage the Water Quality Business Strategy Plan Milestones and Sales Process for the West Coast
• Recruit, train, and supervise sales, project management and technical staff to build the West Coast Water Quality Solutions Team

This role creates positive change by developing and implementing innovative nature-based solutions and ecological restoration projects at the watershed scale to improve water quality, restore ecosystems, and protect natural resources.

Required qualifications:

• BA/BS and MA/MS in Biology (preferred), Environmental Science, Geology, Hydrology, Engineering or similar science field
• Environmental Engineer/Scientist with 15+ years of experience in water quality engineering/scientific analysis and restoration design
• Supervisory/management and/or team lead experience of an applied-sciences, engineering, or environmental team
• Five or more years of Regulatory and/or Environmental consulting experience as a "seller-doer" responsible for leading project pursuit and delivery
