What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Research and analyze scientific studies, policy developments, and regulatory trends related to water quality in the Great Lakes region
- Translate complex research into clear, actionable insights and compelling reports with data visualizations for diverse audiences
- Track and review proposed rules, regulations, and bills to provide technical feedback on source water impacts
- Foster collaboration with researchers, academic partners, and internal/external stakeholders to advance campaign priorities

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in environmental science, biology, toxicology, chemistry, environmental engineering, natural/water resources management, or related field
- Strong research, data analysis, and visualization skills with ability to convert analysis into communication materials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to convey recommendations concisely and compellingly
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
