What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Research and analyze scientific studies, policy developments, and regulatory trends related to water quality in the Great Lakes region
  • Translate complex research into clear, actionable insights and compelling reports with data visualizations for diverse audiences
  • Track and review proposed rules, regulations, and bills to provide technical feedback on source water impacts
  • Foster collaboration with researchers, academic partners, and internal/external stakeholders to advance campaign priorities

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in environmental science, biology, toxicology, chemistry, environmental engineering, natural/water resources management, or related field
  • Strong research, data analysis, and visualization skills with ability to convert analysis into communication materials
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to convey recommendations concisely and compellingly
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
