Mission

What you will drive

The essential duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Become a subject matter expert on Slow the Flow services, procedures, and software
  • Support program operations through appointment scheduling, communicating with program participants, and updating participant information
  • Consolidate and prepare program data for various purposes including work requests from program partners, sprinkler evaluation reports, and internal data evaluation
  • Complete sprinkler evaluations, smart controller installations, and rain sensor installations at homes and other properties across our service area

This role helps address water scarcity in Colorado by empowering residents to save water through efficient irrigation practices, with the Slow the Flow program having already helped Colorado residents save over 200 million gallons of water.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree or similar required (one year of professional-level experience may substitute for one year of required education)
  • Competency with Google Sheets, Google Docs, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word required
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills required
  • Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access required
  • Valid driver's license, automobile insurance, daily access to a reliable automobile, and use of a personal smartphone for work-related communication required
