Waste Profile Coordinator

• Provide guidance, support, and coordination for client industrial and hazardous waste disposal needs and requests
• Ensure compliance with waste permits, state and federal regulatory requirements, and internal company policies
• Function as a liaison between field sales representatives, corporate special waste department, and landfill/waste disposal facilities for waste profile preparation, review, submission, and approval
• Manage pending profiles and act as a liaison to resolve technical deficiencies or requests for additional testing or waste characterization

This role helps ensure proper handling and disposal of industrial and hazardous waste, contributing to environmental protection and regulatory compliance within the waste management industry.

• Knowledge of RCRA, DOT, State, Federal and local waste rules, requirements and processes (Required)
• Experience with MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Required)
• Demonstrated customer service and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure completion on time and per specification
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of marketing, presentation and sales techniques
