VP, Social Compliance & Human Rights

• Serve as Worldly's internal and external authority on social compliance, labor standards, and human rights in global supply chains.
• Own the business outcomes for Social Compliance, including revenue growth, adoption, and strategic relevance.
• Set the product vision and roadmap for all social-related solutions, including FFC, FSLM, Social Axion, and social functionality on the Worldly Core Platform.
• Act as the single accountable leader for Social Compliance across Worldly, providing strategic direction and prioritization to product teams.

This role enables systemic shifts in business practices by providing key insights into supplier performance and compliance, helping companies transform their supply chains toward more sustainable and ethical production.

• Deep experience in social compliance, labor standards, human rights, or responsible sourcing within global supply chains.
• Proven ability to own and scale a product or business line with clear commercial accountability.
• Strong market presence and credibility with senior customer and industry stakeholders.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams.

• Base salary: $190,000 - $225,000 USD annually with 20% annual bonus and stock options package
