VP, Project Management

Core responsibilities for this role include:

• Lead, develop, and expand the company's project management team to oversee construction and completion of clean energy projects
• Develop sector expertise as the construction market expert and train team members to protect company interests
• Manage prime EPC contracts to ensure high subcontractor performance and deliver well-built, on-time, on-budget projects
• Create and implement systems for clear communication of project statuses, risks, and key decisions across teams

This role helps decarbonize the nation's electricity, increase equitable access to clean energy for local communities, and provide real cost-savings to American businesses and families by delivering clean energy projects at scale.

Required qualifications and experience:

• 8+ years' experience in solar construction and delivery roles
• 5+ years of relevant business and leadership experience
• Extensive knowledge of renewable energy construction assemblies, components, and sequencing
• Proven track record in developing competent, engaged teams of construction professionals
• Experience in EPC contract negotiations and management
• Comprehension of solar cost structure and financial modeling
