VP, Program Management Consultant Lead NY & NJ

• Direct and manage major transportation programs through all phases, ensuring delivery within budget, schedule, and contract requirements.
• Serve as primary liaison between AECOM and client, providing regular status briefings and leading issue detection and resolution.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and community representatives.
• Implement risk management strategies, ensure sustainability compliance, and mentor team members to foster continuous improvement.

This role drives the successful delivery of critical transportation infrastructure projects in the New York Metro area, enhancing public transit, roadways, and civil works that improve mobility, safety, and economic vitality for millions of residents.

• Extensive experience in program, design, and construction management in Transportation, specifically Transit Rail, Highway Bridge, and Heavy Civil (Underground) Construction in the New York Metro market.
• Proven leadership and guidance to subordinate managers and staff.
• Strong client interface and relationship management skills.
• Expertise in budget control, schedule management, contract management, and risk management.
