Mission
What you will drive
- Lead and inspire a team of managers and analysts to deliver best-in-class subscription management and market operations services for the developer community.
- Identify opportunities to streamline business processes via AI, establish best practices for KPIs, and ensure compliance across all markets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Policy, Legal, and Operations to optimize portfolio performance, fill rates, and utility relationships.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Energy, Finance, Business or Administration; Master's degree a plus.
- 4+ years of Community Solar experience, preferably in Subscription Management, Enrollments, Billing, Underwriting, QC, or Onboarding.
- Strong expertise in cost- and usage-based sizing, bank optimization, and subscription management in key markets (Oregon, Virginia, Illinois, Massachusetts, New York, New Mexico).
- Advanced MS Excel & PowerPoint required; Salesforce, data management, BI tools, and SQL proficiency a plus.
