What you will drive
- Lead the product strategy for trading analytics solutions across gas, oils, power, and other commodities, bridging proprietary data assets with high-speed trading requirements.
- Build, lead, and develop a world-class product management team responsible for strategy refinement, execution, planning, and delivering product enhancements.
- Drive the integration of advanced AI/ML capabilities into trader workflows, moving beyond data access to predictive insights and actionable intelligence.
- Oversee the development of scalable, low-latency applications that integrate seamlessly with customer ETRMs and algorithmic trading environments.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Demonstrable experience in product management with significant leadership experience in Energy Trading, Capital Markets, or Financial Data.
- Deep understanding of real-time data delivery, APIs, and the technical requirements of high-frequency trading environments.
- Strong familiarity with North American energy markets (Power, Gas, or Environmental products) and the workflows of front-office trading desks.
- Demonstrable progressive leadership experience, with experience leading large, cross-functional product teams and implementing performance management systems.
