VP Government Business Development - LATAM

• Own and scale Tomorrow.io's government business across the LATAM region, including pipeline development, deal execution, and revenue delivery across priority sectors.
• Lead the end-to-end sales cycle for complex public-sector engagements, from opportunity shaping through procurement, contracting, and expansion.
• Build and maintain senior relationships with ministries, regulators, agencies, and state-owned entities relevant to priority use cases.
• Lead and develop the regional government sales team, managing performance, professional growth, and domain expertise of all sales personnel in the region.

This role enables nations and public institutions to manage risk faster than the speed of weather, helping governments modernize operations, ensure safety, and build long-term resilience through next-generation weather, climate, and operational intelligence.

• 15+ years of experience in government, institutional, or enterprise sales, with significant responsibility for complex, multi-year public-sector deals.
• Proven track record of closing large-scale government contracts, ideally in SaaS, data, infrastructure, or technology-driven solutions.
• Strong understanding of public procurement, budget cycles, and navigating multi-stakeholder government environments.
• Demonstrated prior management experience, including leading regional sales teams, setting performance expectations, and coaching senior sellers.
