VP Assoc - International Business Development

Core responsibilities:

• Lead business transformation through simplification of business operations as owner of this strategic initiative
• Develop, coordinate and implement business strategies aligned with company strategy to drive growth and profitability
• Design and lead analysis efforts to identify simplification opportunities and quantify potential impact
• Develop recommendations and drive execution of opportunities across the business

This role drives transformational change across Oshkosh Corporation to improve business performance and refocus product lines to emphasize those that drive value for stakeholders, ultimately supporting those who dedicate their lives to protecting others through advanced defense technologies.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related field with 10+ years of related experience OR 7+ years of related consulting experience
• 5+ years of management experience
• Ability to travel up to 10%
• Preferred: Master's degree/MBA, 15+ years experience, manufacturing industry experience, top-tier consulting firm project management experience
