Volunteer Technology Advisor

Core responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and thoughtfully to inbound leads from nonprofits and mission-driven partners
• Build rapport quickly—ask great questions and listen actively to uncover needs
• Share how our platform can solve real-world challenges, without a hard sales pitch
• Maintain a clean, organized pipeline using HubSpot CRM and share insights with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams

This role helps build strong local communities and enables organizations to make a positive impact through volunteerism by connecting nonprofits with technology solutions that support their mission.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, community organizing, or project management
• Comfort with CRM tools like HubSpot, or a strong willingness to learn
• Experience communicating with nonprofits or mission-driven orgs is a plus
• Interest in growing a career in social impact tech or nonprofit support

Base Salary: $45,000–$55,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Bonus: Generous monthly performance-based bonus plan. On-Target Earnings (OTE): Total compensation in Year 1 is expected to reach approximately $65,000 when base and typical bonuses are combined.
