Responsibilities:
- Source and attract top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet our hiring needs
- Collaborate with our team to create job descriptions, job postings, and other recruitment materials
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews with candidates
- Provide excellent customer service to our applicants and hiring managers
