Volunteer Talent Acquisition Specialist (1-2 positions): 4WARD.earth

• Source promising candidates through networks, LinkedIn, climate communities, and relevant platforms
• Screen and evaluate candidates by conducting assessments and coordinating interviews
• Support the People & Culture team by using recruiting tools and providing feedback on candidate quality

This role helps build the world's largest climate collaboration network by finding talent that accelerates climate solutions worldwide, contributing directly to meaningful climate change efforts.

• Experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition, including conducting screening calls or initial interviews
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems, or recruiting tools
• Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, detail-oriented, mission-driven, and collaborative
• Passionate about climate action and building purpose-driven teams

This is an unpaid volunteer position offering hands-on recruiting experience with a growing climate organization, mentorship from experienced HR professionals, skill development in sourcing and screening, connection to the global climate ecosystem, and flexible hours working with a global team.
