Mission
What you will drive
As the organization's Volunteer Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Lead and support volunteer recruitment efforts and maintain a healthy volunteer pipeline
- Coordinate volunteer assignments, monitor engagement, evaluate performance, and exercise judgment in escalating performance or conflict issues
- Serve as a primary resource for member inquiries related to participation, benefits, and volunteer opportunities
- Maintain accurate, well-organized volunteer records and databases

What you need to be successful:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in nonprofit administration, human resources, social sciences, or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in volunteer coordination, community engagement, member services, or a related role
- Experience working with volunteers in a distributed or remote environment
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication, strong interpersonal and organizational skills
