Mission

What you will drive

As the organization's Volunteer Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Lead and support volunteer recruitment efforts and maintain a healthy volunteer pipeline
  • Coordinate volunteer assignments, monitor engagement, evaluate performance, and exercise judgment in escalating performance or conflict issues
  • Serve as a primary resource for member inquiries related to participation, benefits, and volunteer opportunities
  • Maintain accurate, well-organized volunteer records and databases

What makes you a great fit

What you need to be successful:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in nonprofit administration, human resources, social sciences, or a related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in volunteer coordination, community engagement, member services, or a related role
  • Experience working with volunteers in a distributed or remote environment
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication, strong interpersonal and organizational skills
