What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Design and test user flows for artisan onboarding, product listing, storytelling, and training modules
- Conduct QA and testing of workflows from a non-technical user perspective
- Identify gaps, friction points, and improvements before field deployment
- Coordinate with Beta collaborator organizations worldwide (government agencies, NGOs, UNESCO units, cultural associations)
