VISIÓN Coalition Manager

• Lead coalition management and engagement, including facilitating meetings, maintaining guiding documents, and developing strategies to achieve VISIÓN goals.
• Drive policy analysis and advocacy efforts, including legislative and regulatory advocacy, campaign planning, and building strategic partnerships.
• Oversee administrative and development responsibilities, such as grant seeking, fundraising, budget tracking, and document management.

This role directly advances environmental justice by ending neighborhood drilling in California, protecting frontline communities from oil extraction pollution, and building collective power among diverse allies.

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree (or additional experience in lieu of degree).
• Demonstrated commitment to environmental and/or social justice.
• Excellent analytical, writing/editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Preference for experience in fundraising, grant writing, and proficiency in Spanish.
