Mission
What you will drive
- Lead coalition management and engagement, including facilitating meetings, maintaining guiding documents, and developing strategies to achieve VISIÓN goals.
- Drive policy analysis and advocacy efforts, including legislative and regulatory advocacy, campaign planning, and building strategic partnerships.
- Oversee administrative and development responsibilities, such as grant seeking, fundraising, budget tracking, and document management.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree (or additional experience in lieu of degree).
- Demonstrated commitment to environmental and/or social justice.
- Excellent analytical, writing/editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Preference for experience in fundraising, grant writing, and proficiency in Spanish.
