Virtual Power Plant (VPP) Regulatory Lead - Remote in US & PR

• Lead advocacy for Virtual Power Plant (VPP) model policies in public utility commission proceedings across the US.
• Develop and execute state regulatory campaigns to expand equitable access to distributed solar and storage.
• Research and draft model language for data center 'bring your own capacity' programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to mobilize support and communicate policy positions.

This role advances a clean, equitable, and resilient energy system by ensuring rooftop solar and storage are central to the evolving grid, benefiting communities and the environment.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in public utility commission regulatory proceedings.
• Experience drafting regulatory filings, comments, or testimony.
• Strong analytic and writing skills; ability to present complex policies to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
