Mission
What you will drive
- Build statewide grassroots power and engagement in Virginia to oppose new fossil fuel infrastructure and support clean energy solutions.
- Develop and implement grassroots advocacy activities, plan educational events, and promote civic engagement on energy legislation and regulations.
- Build relationships with community members and partners, recruit and manage interns and volunteers, and collaborate with communications team for unified messaging.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Demonstrated experience with community engagement and grassroots organizing, including volunteer coordination and campaign implementation.
- Excellent writing, communication, public speaking, and event planning skills.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and competency in Google Suite, MS Office, and social media.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel, including overnight; flexibility for evenings and weekends.
