What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and coordination for VAW prevention initiatives, advancing transformative, evidence-based approaches that challenge harmful social norms and promote women's rights
- Oversee development of new initiatives, implementation of VAW prevention strategy, organizational learning, documentation, and knowledge-sharing across programs and partnerships
- Lead program reflections and reviews, develop VAW prevention publications, and manage proposal writing and program development
- Prepare work plans and budgets, manage financial resources, and build productive relationships with partners and stakeholders

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Minimum BA degree in development, social work, gender, human rights fields, or related area (MA is an added advantage)
- Over 11 years' experience working with an NGO and substantive experience in VAW prevention, with at least 6 years in program leadership
- In-depth knowledge of women's rights issues, feminist analysis of VAW, and effective VAW prevention approaches
- Strong track record of technical leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to produce demonstrable results
