Video Producer - Quaker Videos

Core responsibilities:

• Produce video content from conception to publication for the Quaker Videos YouTube and TikTok channel
• Develop and implement audience growth strategies through data analysis and social media promotion
• Coordinate cross-promotion with podcast and daily Quaker editorial teams
• Generate program income through viewer support strategies and sponsored content

This role creates positive change by producing spiritually-grounded video content that promotes Quaker values of peace, equality, integrity, and simplicity, reaching global audiences through digital platforms.

Required qualifications:

• 3-5 years experience producing, editing, and distributing online video/digital content
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere or comparable video editing software
• Proficiency in WordPress, SEO, and online marketing tools
• Exceptional interviewing, storytelling, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with TikTok and YouTube best practices
• Ability to work under deadline pressure and provide self-direction

Compensation and benefits:

• Salary: $53,000-$63,000 per year based on experience
• 20 days paid vacation time
• 10 paid sick days
• 13 paid holidays
• HRA reimbursing up to $6,350 per year in health expenses
• 3% of salary contribution to retirement account

• 40 hours per week, exempt from overtime
