🌱 Video Editing & Social Media Volunteer 🌎

Core responsibilities:

• Edit and repurpose recorded events into engaging video clips & social media content.
• Manage and grow 4WARD's YouTube & Instagram accounts with high-quality, compelling content.
• Create and optimize short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) for maximum reach and engagement.
• Develop and implement strategies to boost content visibility and audience interaction.

This role helps build the bridge between sustainability education and careers, connecting climate-focused professionals with organizations driving environmental innovation while contributing meaningfully to climate action and sustainability.

Required skills and experience:

• Experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.)
• Knowledge of social media trends, particularly for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Creative storytelling and ability to make engaging, visually appealing content.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently while collaborating with a global team.
• Passion for climate, sustainability, and social impact.
