Mission
What you will drive
- Collaborate on creative direction and execution, working closely with the wider Halter team to shape story angles, suggest new content ideas, and bring creative projects to life
- Plan and coordinate on-farm shoots, including loose run sheets, interview prep, and gear management
- Build rapport with farmers and the team to create authentic, useful stories that resonate with other farmers
- Film footage on-farm for case study, vlog-style, and tutorial videos, and edit both long-form and short-form content for various platforms

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 0 to 2 years of experience producing video content through university, freelancing, or in-house roles
- Portfolio demonstrating creativity, personality, and strong editing and storytelling skills
- Experience editing in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Davinci Resolve with good instinct for pace, tone, and structure
- Ability to adapt content to suit different platforms, especially YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, and help real people feel confident on camera
