Vice President, Technology and Data

Core responsibilities:

• Own and execute a long-term technology and data vision that aligns with Pivot's mission and fuels operational excellence
• Lead strategic high-level discussions and decision making on data, system architecture, and systems integrations to ensure scalability, security, and data integrity
• Direct the strategy and thoughtful integration of AI, ML, and automation to enhance both internal operations and fleet performance
• Establish governance frameworks to align software tools and product roadmaps across all departments, ensuring a cohesive tech ecosystem

This role accelerates the transition to decentralized, clean power generation by developing scalable technology infrastructure for renewable energy projects, helping decarbonize electricity and increase equitable access to clean energy for communities.

Required skills and experience:

• 10+ years of progressive technology experience, including at least 5 years in executive-level roles (VP or equivalent)
• Proven track record of building and maturing technology functions within companies experiencing rapid, non-linear growth
• Success in leading complex, enterprise-wide technology transformations and process automation initiatives
• Deep expertise across application management, such as Salesforce, Sage Intacct, Procore, Power BI, Azure, NetSuite, etc.
